In 2020, the EB-1A practice was drastically affected by COVID-19 shutdown as companies, professional organizations, and academic universities all shut down to varying degrees. Despite these challenges, we had three EB-1A cases get approved and the Administrative Appeals Office just ruled in our favor on an EB-1A appeal we filed in 2020 as well.
