My name is N. Ogbu. On Dec of 2009, I called Sunita Kapoor's office because I wanted her to file my VAWA case. She was so attentive to my problem and was willing to work with me. She helped me file all my paper work on a timely manner and by February of 2010 all my paper work was filed and submitted. By May of 2010, I got my work permit. On November of 2010 my interview came we went there together and came out successful. I got my Green card. I thank god every day for calling her because if it wasn’t for her, I could not have gotten my green card. I will be in the same boat that I was 10 years ago. For the out of status people out there, who had been in a battered relationship and other immigration problems with no hope or nowhere to turn to, know that there is a hope and people like Sunita and her legal team will treat you like a person not a number like other law firms out there. D.o as long as you are honest and truthful you shall prevail.
Sunitaji, Congratulations to you too. I cannot thank you enough for putting in all the effort that you did for thoroughly managing the whole process on my L-1A Work Visa. I will speak with you personally tomorrow when you have some time.
Thank you once again.

Thanks for the unexpectedly quick reply ! The wheels are turning and I thank you from the bottom of my heart !
I became US Citizen today. I thank you for all of your hard work and will recommend you to family and friends.
We enjoyed working with Sunita's staff for my husbands immigration case! They did the work and helped guide us through all the necessary steps for my husbands approval. We highly recommend the staff of Sunita Kapoor for any immigration needs. They are extremely professional and care about the clients needs. We couldn't have found a better law office to work with for everything we needed.

I sincerely want to thank you and Sunita for expediting the case and for the great efficiency with which this case was handled.
I had a complicated Immigration case with a history of over 20 years. I got married in 1986 with a US Citizen and entered with my Immigrant Visa in 1987. However, before I removed conditions on my green card on my Immigrant status we were separated. I jointly filed the I-751 application but did not pursue it as my ex wife did not go to the interview. I went to an Immigration Attorney couple of years later after remarrying. He filed a new Adjustment of status application for me which was denied. After that I lost trust in immigration process and Immigration lawyers until I met Sunita Kapoor. She understood my case and she filed I-751 application to remove conditions on my green card with the late filing memo. With many other complications present on my case and the delay of over 20 years of filing I-751, I was surprised that I received my permanent Green Card with the date resident since 1987 which makes me eligible for Citizenship right away. This was Unbelievable miracle for me. I cannot describe how happy I am.
Thank you Sunita for your awesome work.. you are the best Immigration Lawyer I have ever known!
