Ms. Mavica Subramania joined our office as a Law Clerk in November 2010. She received her Master in Cross Cultural Studies from University of Houston, Texas, Masters in Human Rights and Bachelor of Law from India . She has practiced law in Calcutta High Court -India and has been admitted to the State Bar of West Bengal, India in 2005. Ms. Subramania has extensive experience with multi cultural institutions, mediation and brings over 2 years experience in the immigration field to our office. She has worked for immigration attorneys in Houston, Texas before she joined our law office. She is originally from Coorg (KA) India.
MICHAEL CASTRO, LEGAL ASSISTANT
Mr. Michael Castro has joined our law office in September 2011 as a Legal Assistant. He has over 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant. As an Immigration Legal Assistant, he specializes in Family Based Residency and Visas. Currently he is working towards Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies. He is fluent in English and Spanish. He is also a Public Notary for the State of Texas.
MANU THAREJA, Business Coordinator
Manu Thareja has a BA from GNDU and Computer Diploma from NIIT. Ms. Thareja also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application.
She has worked as an Office Executive in MIS Department and also as an Operation Executive with ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd in the MIS.
She handles website management, accounting and some paralegal work.
One of our recent Citizenship/naturalization application with more than 6 months absence from US was approved. We had provided plenty of documentation of his ties to US to show that he had not abandoned his continued residence in US while temporarily outside US.
